Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated Motorcycle Technician to join our high-energy, high-performing Service Team.

Our Technicians are the heart of our shop. You keep our riders safe, our bikes running strong, and our customers coming back for more. We take pride in creating a professional, well-trained, and supportive environment where great work is recognized, growth is encouraged, and passion for Harley-Davidson is part of the culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Advanced-level or highly experienced Technician (Master level not required)
  • Minimum of 4 years of Harley-Davidson dealership experience
  • Current on Harley-Davidson Professional Training courses
  • Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong diagnostic, repair, and time-management skills
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
