Job description

Key Responsibilities: The Audiovisual Program Manager oversees the delivery of audiovisual services for a specific client, ensuring that projects meet technical standards and client expectations. This role requires effective communication, project management skills, and a strong technical background in audiovisual design and implementation.
Project Planning & Project Management
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of audiovisual projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and SM&W team members on all design phases to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Contribute positively by leading, developing, and enhancing AV design standards and room templates for AV-enabled spaces.
  • Create drawings and specifications ensuring the effective support of the SM&W design team on capital AV projects.
  • Monitoring all ongoing capital projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with client expectations and project objectives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for client audiovisual projects, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Analyze project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Lead weekly meetings with the client to provide updates on project status addressing any issues constructively.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status, outcomes, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with financial plans.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timelines and milestones are met.

Requirements & Qualifications | Education & Experience:
  • 4-year Engineering degree preferred
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience A/E/C environment.
  • Proven experience in audiovisual management or project management, preferably in a corporate environment. Audiovisual design experience is a must.
  • Strong understanding of audiovisual technologies, equipment, and current industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Strong technical understanding of business intelligence and analytical systems
  • Ability to work well under strict deadlines, interface effectively with management, and handle multiple requests.
  • Functional knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite/Office 365
  • General knowledge of Information Technologies (IT) services and digital media delivery technologies, network hardware, infrastructure, and systems architecture such as IP, WAN, LAN Routers Switchers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite/Office 365.
