Position Overview:

The Integration Technician will be responsible for helping configure PC, laptop and server units to the proper specification.

What you'll do as the Integration Technician:

The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Work directly with assigned integration technicians to provide feedback, education and growth.
  • Ensure all integrations orders are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Utilize production schedules and regular communication with Sales and Engineering staff.
  • Communicate regularly with managers, sales and operations staff to maintain an accurate understanding of upcoming projects.
  • Maintain current industry certifications of technical staff and build additional certifications as required by Zones and customers.
  • Regularly review lab equipment and arrange for replacements, upgrades or changes as needed.
  • Ensure that 100% of issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain daily run rate of configuration projects.

What you will bring to the team:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of PC operating systems, software, hardware and peripherals.
  • Solid understanding of all major Windows Operating Systems.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Server+ or equivalent desirable.
  • Proficient in productivity applications like MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of WAN/LAN, network protocols (TCP/IP), and remote access.
  • Competent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately prioritize technical tasks based on customer requirements.
  • Ability to work under strict time constraints.
  • Experience with customer interaction and customer service.

Qualified candidates can expect an hourly wage of $18.50.
