Job Purpose:
- The Failure Analysis Engineer at WISTRON INFOCOMM USA CORPORATION is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving product failures to enhance product reliability and performance. This role involves conducting thorough investigations into product defects, developing solutions to prevent recurrence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. The engineer will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction by systematically addressing issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed failure analysis on electronic components and systems to identify root causes of defects and malfunctions.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to assess product failures and generate comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to develop corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Implement and manage failure analysis processes and methodologies to ensure consistent and accurate results.
