Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DeskSide Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support for end users. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with desktop/laptop support, IMACD activities, hardware/software installations, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Perform break-fix support, IMACD activities, device refreshes, and data migration.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
  • Execute software installations, system updates, and configuration changes.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets within SLA timelines.
  • Coordinate with hardware vendors for warranty repairs and replacements.
  • Support Microsoft Windows environment and end-user productivity tools.
  • Provide hands-and-feet support for network, voice, and data infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 support teams for escalations and project activities.
  • Provide onsite IT support for meetings, events, and conference room setups.
  • Participate in on-call support and assist with disaster recovery activities.
