Job Title: Break Fix Technician


Location: Albany NY 12203


Duration: 24+ months (Possibility for multiple extensions.)

Job Description:

This is a customer-facing Field Service Technician role supporting HP computers and printers at customer sites.

You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and configure laptops, desktops, workstations, RPOS systems, and printers.

Strong technical/mechanical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with hardware are required.

Excellent customer service, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently are important.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work overtime, holidays, shifts, and occasional non-traditional hours.
