Job description

Sales Associate:

· Greet customers and proactively ask what you can help them with

· Guide customers to the correct location(s) of the item(s) they need

· Provide knowledgeable recommendations of general products

· Answer basic how-to” questions and know when to bring in a department specialist

· Operate equipment such as key machines, material cutting tools and other store sanctioned projects

· Assist with stocking shelves, facing products and keeping displays in order

· Help unload delivery trucks and restock inventory

· Maintain overall store cleanliness and organization

· Support cashiers during peak times
