Job Summary
We are seeking a hard working service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, forklift operation, and knowledge of cash register operation. 
Our store hours are M-F 7:30AM - 4:00PM & Saturday 8:00AM - 12:00PM 
Responsibilities 
  • Answer questions and direct customers to hardware items in the store.
  • Check in and put out to the floor incoming merchandise.
  • Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
  • Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment
