Responsibilities:

Job Summary
The Asset Management Analyst II will perform computer systems analysis, perform application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, modifying computer systems and planning, assisting with the administration of IT inventory and asset management, adhering to enterprise-wide IT purchasing standards and procedures, and ensuring corporate and legal guidelines are followed for managing IT hardware and software assets.In addition, the Asset Management Analyst II will provide guidance, mentoring, training and project task fulfillment.
Essential Functions
  • Organizes & maintains equipment, parts, and tools. Stock shelves, document stock, ship & track incoming & outgoing equipment from inventory, ensures security of assets in inventory, receive orders, validate receiving documentation, validate receipt of orders, distribute orders after receipt, pack & unpack equipment. Receives equipment/software requests, monitor procurement/deployment. Maintains and manages supplier records, service level agreements, software license information and updates, and assists in developing Enterprise wide IT purchasing standards and procedures. Obtains quotes, creates and processes purchase requests, tracks & documents purchases against budget, administer IT purchase, licensing and inventory systems.Coordinates a physical inventory and tracks all hardware devices, participating in annual capital equipment inventory and space inventory. Reports for emergency response and performs tasks assigned.Document and submit new content to the knowledgebase and maintain team website.Identifies and documents hardware and software standards in collaboration with appropriate departments.
  • Uses communication skills to listen to, identify & address customer needs while building a relationship and rapport with customers. Builds positive working relationships with team members, managers & all departments.Prioritizes and responds promptly based on severity levels to needs of the customer. Proactively or timely recognizes opportunities for service recovery and acts to resolve issues.
  • Consistently lives out the commitment to the HonorHealth tenets of service excellence as illustrated in daily interactions with staff, faculty, physicians, patients, their families and others outside of HonorHealth: Customer Centered, Service Focused, Quality Driven, Resource Wise, Growth Oriented.Maintains a professional appearance for themselves and their work environment.
  • Completes IT Governance & IT project job assignments to ensure achievement of established project milestones.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT Finance, or a related discipline. - Preferred
