Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse

Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, TNCC preferred.

- Required skills include ventilation management, IV start, telemetry, and conscious sedation.
Description:
This position involves working as a Critical Care Float Nurse.
The clinician will float to all critical care units as needed.
Must have level 1 trauma center experience.
Weekend work is required, with rotations every other weekend.
The candidate must be able to manage patients in various critical care settings.
Required skills include Vents, IV start, telemetry, and conscious sedation management.
Preferred skills include ICP and PA lines.
The nurse-patient ratios can range from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on the unit requirements.
All candidates must provide references from a direct supervisor.
Additional documentation covering past performance may be required.
Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
