Harbor Chevrolet is expanding our Internet Sales Department and looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Internet Salesperson to join our team. Position: Internet Salesperson

Location: Harbor Chevrolet โ€“ Long Beach, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Respond quickly and professionally to all online leads via phone, text, and email

  • Set and confirm appointments for in-store visits

  • Assist customers with vehicle information, pricing, availability, and purchase options

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the buying process

  • Follow up with unsold leads and past customers

  • Update CRM notes with accuracy and detail

  • Work closely with management to maximize closing ratios and monthly performance


What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

  • Professional, positive, and customer-first attitude

  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high lead volume

  • CRM experience preferred (VinSolutions a plus)

  • Automotive experience NOT requiredโ€”we can train the right person

  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
