Job description

Position Highlights:

  • Outpatient primary care setting
  • Weekday schedule only
  • Medicare-focused patient population
  • Diagnose, assess, and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Value-based care model focused on quality outcomes and patient experience
  • Maximum patient panel of 450 patients per provider
  • All patient appointments scheduled for 30 minutes
  • Dedicated scribe and Medical Assistant for each provider (1:1 support)
  • Shared RN support (1 RN for every 2-3 providers)
  • Minimal call responsibilities with shared provider call rotation
  • Highly collaborative care team environment
  • New graduates welcome to apply

Qualifications:

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in:
    • Family Medicine (ABFM or ACOFP)
    • Internal Medicine
    • Geriatric Medicine
  • Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Active DEA license
  • Prior primary care experience preferred but not required
  • Must be able to work permanent full-time hours
