Job Description

Role : Senior Build-Release Engineer

Location : Roseville, MN

Length : 6 plus months

Interview Process : SKYPE

Electric flow is mandatory

Total years of experience 10+. At least 7-8 years in Build Release Engineer role.

Strong Unix guy. 90% of this part of (client) is all Unix.

This role is a combination of Scripting, Discovery, Documenting, and Implementing. We need candidates who understands Builds and Continuous Integration. The main tools needed are Electric Flow, Git, and Subversion. The DevOps engineer will be helping develop the integration of a security scan application into an established build process. The goal is to implement and build a tool that automates and enhances the overall operational environment. Experience with integration of build, database management, deployment and release management tools are as essential to the success of the engineer.

Build, Release Management and Enterprise Software development and operations are the primary skills utilized but the DevOps Engineer. Must be able to determine how to fix new issues with the application and engage the appropriate team to track the issue to resolution. This DevOps Engineer will be part of an implementation team working to add security scans to the current process.
