HANSEL FORD IS HIRING A PARTS FREIGHT ASSOCIATE!

Hansel Ford is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Parts Freight Associate to join our Parts Department. As a Parts Freight Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our dealership operations by receiving shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing orders, and ensuring parts are delivered efficiently to both internal and external customers.

Location: Hansel Ford Lincoln in Santa Rosa, CA Position Type: Full Time Pay Range

The Parts Freight Associate position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.00 and $20.00

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Receive and verify incoming parts and merchandise shipments.
  • Ensure all deliveries are accurately checked and documented.
  • Enter received merchandise into inventory systems with attention to detail.
  • Process orders and prepare shipments for delivery or pickup.
  • Pull parts accurately using a computerized inventory management system.
  • Maintain accurate records within tracking and inventory systems.
  • Assist in organizing and stocking inventory within the Parts Department.
  • Safely and efficiently load delivery vehicles.
  • Work closely with parts advisors, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely service.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience using computerized inventory or tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background screening and drug test.
