Job description

For over 15 years, we've consistently hired reliable, customer service-focused employees who are both knowledgeable and skilled. They are experienced in many areas of handyman repair and know the value of building relationships with our clients. We are looking for a resourceful, self-directed service senior technician with a wide range of skills and abilities to do projects in Snohomish County. The repair and remodel projects will vary from a couple hours to a couple week. You must demonstrate an ability to do estimates for your work on projects that take 2-5 days. You will need to successfully close on estimates that have been pre-screened before you go to your appointment with the customer.
Mr. Handyman of Snohomish County requires at least 15 years of experience in carpentry or other trades. Experience in a wide range of skills is a plus; installed 100's of doors, sinks, floors, tile projects and drywall repairs.
All Mr. Handyman employees must be bonded and insured for employee dishonesty. Therefore, a background check will be completed. Must possess a valid Washington Driver's License and have a good and insurable driving record. Employment is conditional upon a post offer/pre-employment drug test. Employees will be subject to random and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
An important aspect of the Senior Service Technician's job is the ability to demonstrate the characteristics that customers equate with "professionalism". This is just as important as the technical aspects of the Senior Service Technician position because it is the key element that distinguishes Mr Handyman from its competitors.
