About Us:
Mr. Handyman Miami is a fast-growing handyman service company dedicated to providing high-quality repairs, renovations, and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients. We take pride in our craftsmanship, customer service, and professional integrity.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator is an in/out office position that will be responsible for evaluating project requests, conducting site visits when necessary, calculating material and labor costs, and preparing accurate and competitive quotes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review work requests and conduct on-site assessments when needed.
  • Communicate with clients to understand scope of work and clarify details.
  • Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to prepare detailed estimates.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to ensure accuracy of pricing and scope.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors.
  • Provide written quotes and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Track and manage submitted estimates and update project management tools.
  • Maintain knowledge of current pricing and industry standards.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in estimating, preferably within construction, remodeling, adjustor or handyman services. Knowledge in electrical, carpentry, drywall, tile and flooring, and plumbing required.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction materials, labor, and practices (i.e. building codes).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish required.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and mobile apps. Experience with Service Titan a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and must be insurable to drive a company vehicle
