The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems within a facility, minor electrical repairs (outlets, lighting, ballasts, switches) basic plumbing (leaks, drains, fixtures, water lines) general mechanical work on doors, carts, shelving, and store equipment Respond to repair requests across multiple store locations report larger issues that need a licensed contractor. Perform duties utilizing specialized equipment like a hot water jetter to clear stubborn clogs and obstructions in drains and pipes, while also addressing general plumbing issues like leaky fixtures, faulty pipes, and clogged toilets; requiring strong mechanical skills, knowledge of plumbing codes, and the ability to operate a hot jetter safely and effectively

Duties:  This is not inclusive of all duties that may be required to be performed

Minor electrical repairs (outlets, lighting, ballasts, switches)
Basic plumbing (leaks, drains, fixtures, water lines)
General mechanical work on doors, carts, shelving, and store equipment
Respond to repair requests across multiple store locations
Report larger issues that need a licensed contractor

Experience in the following:

1–2 years of general maintenance, handyman, or trade experience
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Comfortable working independently and managing your own route
Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders

No degree or certification required — we care about what you can do
