Job Title: HR Recruiter
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 11 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Wayzata, MN 55391
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Description:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies using labor market insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment forecasting.
  • Coordinate early career, internship, and university recruiting, including campus events and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and hiring standards.
  • Utilize ATS tools (SuccessFactors, Handshake) to manage recruitment processes and documentation.
  • Track recruiting metrics, analyze hiring trends, and support continuous process improvements.
