Wright Beverage Distributing is looking for a Repack Handler/Building Maintenance to join our team! You will receive training and development with the opportunity to grow. POSITION VISION
The Repack Handler / Building Maintenance is responsible for helping to keep the warehouse clean, neat, and orderly. This may include emptying trash, baling of plastic and cardboard. The Repack Handler / Building Maintenance will assist in the overall maintenance and cleanliness of WBD buildings and grounds.
QUANTIFIABLE POSITION OBJECTIVES
1. Reports to work on time wearing a clean WBD approved safety apparel.
2. Maintains a clean and safe working environment by straightening up pallets and keeping floors swept and scrubbed.
3. Must be willing and able with proper training to perform back up functions for other Operations personnel.
4. Empties trash containers
5. Compacting cardboard or plastic in baler
6. Assists with maintaining the lawn in the summer.
7. Assists with snow removal from sidewalks and parking lots in the winter.
8. Maintaining overall cleanliness of warehouse space
9. Assist with repacking/breakage.
QUALITATIVE POSITION OBJECTIVES
1. Ensure that WBD maintains 100% Supplier compliance.
2. Abide by all company policies and procedures
PLANNING AND STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
1. Time management. Work is performed independently, employee reporting to supervisor regularly, once or twice a day.
2. Authority to act with no prior notice, no approval but with reporting required.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
1. Uphold customer service philosophy and exemplify company standards while executing business activities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and stack, 1 case of cans (21 pounds), 1 case of 12oz bottles (38 pounds), 1 case of 40oz bottles (48 pounds) and ยฝ barrels (175 pounds) 3 feet off the ground; stand; use hands to finger, handle and reach with arms. The employee is frequently required climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, speak clearly, and hear. Must be able to read, write and comprehend English.
