Responsibilities

IGT is in search for our next efficient and committed Material Handler to operate out of our Manufacturing department at our Reno, NV headquarters. This is a great opportunity for an individual contributor to get hands-on experience learning the streamline processes of handling materials and equipment. Here's what a day in the life of a Material Handler looks like...Move raw materials and parts by using heavy and light machinery and handheld equipment. Work with SAP and other basic computer applications to document, maintain and enhance workflows. Perform work in IGT's warehouses, production floors, and glass and silkscreen shop and/or parts distribution center.

Handle materials in one of the following areas receiving, shipping, production support, or Raw and Finished Glass inventory restocking and Casino Services activities. Support production lines and put away incoming freight. Maintain stock in work areas and insure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Up to 1 year of manufacturing experience with warehousing/inventory control.
  • Must be able to pick up parts under a tight schedule with minimal errors.
  • Must be able to work with very heavy workloads.
  • Must have forklift experience.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be able to stand a full shift and work overtime as required.
  • Must be able to pass security investigation will be conducted.
