Job description


Process drop monies including gaming, restaurant, hotel, retail, bars, Spa, VIP, and Business Office.
Hourly Rate: $18
Responsibilities
  • Removal of boxes from storage cabinets
  • Removal of tickets off boxes and attaching them to currency stacks
  • Open boxes, remove contents, and organize currency and paperwork
  • Process currency and other information through currency counting machine (Cummins MPS)
  • Verify fills, credits, markers, payments and cash drop totals in computer
  • Wrap currency
  • Balance currency, chips and foreign currency
  • Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and comply with state, federal, company and departmental rules and regulations
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
  • Ability to use an adding machine, jet sort, and cash advance machine and any other computers or equipment necessary to perform your job efficiently
  • Ability to use IGS and AS 400 software programs
  • Ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols, clerical functions, compile and analyze data, follow instructions
  • Requires ability to reason
  • Requires eye/hand coordination
  • High School diploma

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Work is performed in areas that may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, dimly lit or illuminated
  • Work may be performed with others including verbal and face-to-face contact
  • Work requires use and knowledge of mechanical devices and computer equipment
  • Work with time restraints and in small spaces
  • Must be able to stand up to 7 hours, walking, bending, reaching in front, twisting to each side from front to back
  • Repeatedly lift 10 pounds to shoulder height to show camera
  • Near visual acuity and color vision
  • Continually grasping and twisting currency with both hands to prep for loading into multiple pocket sorter, and finger dexterity with the dominant hand
  • Position requires Team Member to enter & exit from the Team Member entrance which entails 4 flights of stairs (40 steps)

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech - both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
