This job is common in manufacturing, warehouses, and distribution centers, and often requires attention to detail, the ability to work quickly, and good manual dexterity. Hand packaging can be physically demanding, as it may involve standing for long periods and lifting packages. No formal education is typically required, but on-the-job training is usually provided.
