Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Hand Packagers for a leading manufacturing company located in Crookston, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as the Hand Packager:
  • Perform duties in the department as assigned by the Lead Packager on a day-by-day or task-by-task basis
  • Package retail-ready packs into a master case and palletize
  • Report any unusual events or occurrences to the Supervisor or Lead immediately
  • Maintain assigned work and warehouse areas at the highest possible sanitation level daily
  • Ensure all assigned paperwork is completed correctly daily
What You Need to Bring to the Hand Packager Role:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to perform tasks in accordance with GMP policies/procedures
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and write
  • Ability to frequently lift 20 pounds and occasionally lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to climb, bend, stoop, twist, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
