We’re looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who can turn curiosity into closed deals while delivering the transparent, friendly experience our family-owned group is known for.

What you’ll do
• Welcome every guest, uncover their needs, and guide them to the right vehicle and financing
• Use CRM, video walk-arounds, and digital retail tools to follow up, set appointments, and keep deals moving
• Meet (and beat) weekly and monthly volume goals without sacrificing customer satisfaction
• Stay current on Ford models, incentives, and competitors to present confident, data-driven recommendations
• Build lasting relationships through calls, texts, social outreach, and flawless in-store hand-offs
