We're hiring CNC Machinists in Windsor!

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines using Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas controls
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements
  • Write, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs to optimize machining processes
  • Produce precision-machined components according to specifications and quality standards
  • Use calipers and other precision measuring tools to verify part dimensions
  • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and inspections of machining equipment
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for assembly or adjustments as required
  • Assist with material handling using forklifts when necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following lean manufacturing principles
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
  • Experience with CNC programming and machine operation
  • Familiarity with Fanuc controls, CNC lathes, and CNC milling machines
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of GD&T
  • Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks is an asset
  • Basic math skills for machining measurements and calculations
  • Experience using precision measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools
  • Forklift experience is an asset
