This role covers the full range of alignment, balancing, and tire work across a variety of makes and models. What You'll Do
  • Perform wheel alignment inspections and adjustments across a variety of makes and models

  • Identify correct lift points for each vehicle before service and secure all vehicles prior to removing tires and wheels

  • Reinstall tires and wheels to manufacturer torque specifications to ensure safe vehicle operation

  • Operate wheel balancing equipment to verify and correct tire balance

  • Diagnose tire issues, repair flats, and conduct balance and rotation evaluations

  • Follow all dealership safety policies and liability guidelines without exception

  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment when operating machinery and hand tools

  • Complete additional duties as directed by shop management


What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a tire and alignment technician required

  • Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance fundamentals

  • Ability to read and interpret service documentation, written instructions, and repair guidelines

  • Clear communicator who works well with the service team and brings a professional, courteous approach to customer interactions

  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
