not looking for someone to simply answer phones and check guests in.

friendly, confident, sales-focused professional who wants to create an exceptional guest experience while earning great commissions.
What Success Looks Like
* 1. Membership Sales (Our #1 Priority)
Hand & Stone is a
membership-based business Your primary responsibility is confidently introducing and selling memberships to guests.
- Must enjoy talking with people.
- Must be confident-not shy or timid.
- Must be comfortable asking every qualified guest to become a member.
- Sales experience is a plus but we'll train the right person.
2. Create an Amazing First Impression
Every guest should feel welcomed the moment they walk through our doors.
You will:
- Smile and greet every guest immediately.
- Create positive energy from the first interaction.
- Make every guest feel valued and appreciated.
3. Booking Accuracy
Accuracy matters.
You must:
- Book appointments correctly.
- Verify services, therapists, dates, and times.
- Help keep our schedules running smoothly.
4. Rebook Every Guest
Every guest should leave with their next appointment scheduled whenever possible.
You should confidently recommend a follow-up visit and explain the benefits of staying consistent with their wellness routine.
โฌ 5. Recommend Upgrades & Additional Services
Help guests get the most from every visit by recommending upgrades and additional spa services that fit their needs.
6. Promote Gift Cards
Gift cards are an important part of our business.
You should comfortably introduce gift card promotions and suggest them for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
7. Professionalism Matters
We expect every team member to represent Hand & Stone with professionalism.
This includes:
- Staying off your personal phone while working.
- Standing to greet guests whenever possible.
- Opening the door for guests.
- Offering water and warm neck wraps.
- Maintaining a clean, organized front desk.
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere for every guest.

Hours
- 15-28 hours a week we can do a set schedule. We need a mix of 1-2 closing shifts 2 opening weekdays and 1 Sunday a month and can work Saturdays (We can hire multiple or just one person)
- On occassion helping on another shift when required
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
