What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to identify client's needs and respond with superior service and resolution.
  • Ability to understand client's objectives and challenges and align our services to accomplish their goals via phone, email, and SMS communication.
  • Own the full sales cycle from client vetting to confirm a deal.
  • Utilize our in-house CRM System and work the pipeline of inbound clients.
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of the process and regularly provide feedback and make suggestions for improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in a phone-based customer service role or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - no fear of the phone.
  • Commitment to a high standard of integrity and working in a team environment.
  • When faced with new challenges, or tough conversations, failure simply isn't an option.
  • Desire to grow your career and tackle new challenges.
  • Ability to succinctly explain products, answer questions, provide solutions, and negotiate the best deal to maximize profitability.

  • Scheduling flexibility is required as some shifts require holidays, late evening, or weekend hours.

Working Conditions:

  • Hours may vary as we are open from 9 am EST through 9 pm EST. Weekends are also possible as we are operating seven days a week. Position requires prolonged standing or sitting and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
