Essential Job Functions:
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair our plant-wide production equipment to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Work hands-on with 480V 3-phase electrical power distribution systems—let’s keep the lights on!
  • Apply your electrical theory knowledge and troubleshooting to tackle any issues that arise.
  • Dive into machine instrumentation and electrical controls, keeping our systems sharp and efficient.
  • Handle high voltage systems and equipment like a pro.
  • Get acquainted with hydraulic and pneumatic systems—your toolbox just got a little bigger!
  • Utilize PLC controls and Ladder Logic Programming to enhance our automation processes.
  • Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics and plant drawings like a map to success.
  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical and electronic fixtures using your trusty hand and power tools.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep our production equipment in top shape.
  • Diagnose malfunctioning systems with your keen troubleshooting skills and test equipment.
  • Ensure safety and continuity in our electrical systems using ohmmeters and voltmeters.
  • Inspect electrical systems for hazards and compliance—safety first!
  • Engage in the exciting world of electronic system development, including the design and repair of controllers, timers, drives, and switches.
  • Adhere to all safety policies, practices, and procedures—because your safety matters!

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 5+ years in industrial maintenance/electrical experience.
  • Certifications: Electrical training or certification preferred; NFPA Certified Electrical Safety Technician (NFPA 70E) is a plus.
  • Skills: HVAC knowledge, robotic experience, and familiarity with computer networks are preferred.
  • Certifications/Licenses: A valid Forklift License is preferred, but not required.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals, as well as communicate effectively with colleagues and vendors.
  • Mathematical Skills: Proficient in basic math operations—adding, subtracting, and working with fractions and decimals.
  • Reasoning Ability: Capable of solving practical problems and interpreting various types of instructions.
  • Computer Skills: Familiarity with maintenance work order systems, PM software, and Microsoft Office.
