Join the Hampton Inn Boston-Natick team as a Front Desk Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and exceptional guest experience. In this position, you will lead and support the front desk team, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse team to create memorable stays for all guests.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support front desk associates to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, questions, and complaints.
  • Assist with scheduling and training of staff to maintain service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest services and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years hotel experience preferred.
