As a Seasonal Public Events Assistant, you'll help make some of the Indianapolis Zoo's largest annual events a success. Working alongside the Public Events team, you'll support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day operations that create memorable experiences for thousands of guests each season.
About the Role
The Seasonal Public Events Assistant collaborates with teams across the Zoo to help coordinate event logistics, maintain event inventory, support volunteers, and ensure events run smoothly. If you have a passion for special events and enjoy working behind the scenes while also being part of the action, this is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in event operations.
