Job description

The Nashville, Tennessee, office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their expanding (defense litigation practice group(s)). This is an opportunity to join a growing team and office, learn from experienced litigators, participate in case strategy and development, and both interact with and develop firm clients. Candidates for this position must have 3-5 years of solid defense litigation experience. Prior experience in insurance defense is essential. Candidates must be active members in good standing of the Nashville Bar. Salary Range: $125k-$150k depending on experience (plus benefits) and potentially higher if insurance defense litigation comprises all or the majority of a candidate’s experience.
