THE OPPORTUNITY

That's why we offer a dynamic three-year management development program that will immerse you in every aspect of the distribution business with the end goal of becoming a Profit Center Manager (General Manager). As a trainee, you will embark on a rigorous rotational program, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in all parts of our operations. From stocking the warehouse to interpreting financial statements, generating business to collaborating with a dedicated team, you will learn it all.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Willingness to work in all areas within the region (may require relocation)
• Strong leadership skills and a desire to lead a team and run your own business
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences
• Versatility in performing a wide range of tasks, with a balanced blend of interpersonal and critical-thinking skills
• Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service is a plus

PAY AND APPLICATION DEADLINE
