Job description

Summary:
The Licensed Hair, Skin & Nail Technician delivers a variety of beauty services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, scalp treatments, manicures, pedicures, gel polish, facials, and hair removal.
Responsibility:
  • Greet guests warmly and prepare them for treatment.
  • Discuss the client's needs and provide service recommendations.
  • Asses clients skin/hair and recommend appropriate services.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of: All Salon & Spa services, product lines, and retail items.
  • Comply with hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction during treatments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines.
  • Follow industry trends, stay up to date on new techniques.
  • Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of Cosmetologist, Full Specialist, or Nail Technician required.
  • Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
  • Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Florida Cosmetology License required.
  • Dual licensure (e.g., Full Specialist or Nail Technician) is a plus.
