Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate experienced hair replacement stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair styling techniques and customer service. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to our clients. The Hair Stylist will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, including cuts, colors, treatments and perms, while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, hair systems and styling techniques.
  • Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
  • Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
  • Operate salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
  • Assist with store management tasks including inventory control and retail sales.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their needs.
  • Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on best practices in hair care and styling techniques.
  • Promote products and services through effective upselling techniques.

Experience

  • Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
  • Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in various techniques.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in retail sales and understanding of products.
