  • Warmly greeting clients and alerting assigned beauticians of their arrival.
  • Answering the phone. Booking and confirming appointments via phone. Answering client's questions about services.
  • Processing in-person transactions.
  • Retail inventory.
  • Shampooing clients
  • Responsible for general cleanliness of salon, such as, assuring there are enough towels and robes for clients and hairdressers use. Sweeping after hairdressers when needed.
