Bellami Beauty Bar is seeking a full-time hairstylist. This role is an important role that will work directly with our customers. This is more than a job behind the chair, in this role you will have unlimited room for career growth and will get to work on many areas of development such as education, sales and business development. We are seeking someone who wants growth and a long-term career opportunity.

  • Full Time position
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays required


Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic knowledge of hair extension techniques.
  • Passionate about providing an exceptional client experience and delighting our client in every way.
  • Able to provide thorough client consultations and able to maintain client records.
  • Perform hair extension applications with ease in a timely manner -training will be provided.
  • Have strong blow dry skills.
  • You are the type of person who enjoys talking to anyone.
  • Are a problem solver. You work on resolutions to any customer issue, fast.
  • Want to learn, grow, and develop your professional skills both in client care as well hair color.
  • You have integrity and great follow through on tasks.
  • Innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a salon is preferred.
  • At least 2+ years of stylist experience
  • Current Cosmetologist license, as issued by the State Board of Cosmetology.
  • Must be versed in clip-in, tapes, wefts, halo hair extensions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • A highly motivated and energetic personality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to speak with customers daily and provide a luxurious experience to all our Bellami fans
  • Work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide hair services including installing, styling and blending of hair extensions, blow outs, hair treatments, scalp massages.
