Job description

About us
Our mission at Credal is to harness frontier AI for everyone building a better future.
We accelerate the most complex, sophisticated operations of the most impactful institutions, while weaving security and governance into every part of our product. Our customers include the U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services, MongoDB, Comcast NBC Universal, Lattice, Wise (Transferwise), Checkr, and incident.io among others.

Credal is in-person in our spacious NYC office with meals provided.
What you'll do:
  • Be the person our customers trust when the stakes are high. Live in their slack channels and meet them at their desks.
  • Build POCs to unblock deals and accelerate time-to-value
  • Own design partnerships with end users to shape the product roadmap
  • Develop deep understanding of each customer's use case and business objectives, and be their greatest internal advocate
  • Define and improve the playbooks, processes, and tooling that will let us scale what works
  • Own the onboarding story, keeping documentation high quality and understanding our users' greatest friction points

About you
You might be a great fit if you're a customer-obsessed problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and enterprise trust. Who you are:
  • Eager to join our mission of bringing frontier intelligence to the industries and institutions that matter most- healthcare, government, financial infrastructure
  • Customer-focused and deeply empathetic- you listen, you care, and you'll be their voice inside Credal
  • A clear, compelling communicator- able to tailor your message to a CISO, a platform engineer, or a procurement team without losing the thread
  • High-ownership- you take things from ambiguous start to clean finish without waiting to be told what to do
  • Commercial instincts- you understand what makes customers stay, expand, and advocate, and you orient your work around that
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments- biasing toward action, comfortable with ambiguity, always learning

Bonus points:
  • Experience with agents, MCP, or other LLM tooling
  • Technically capable- able to read logs, reproduce issues, and build basic solutions
  • Background in enterprise security, compliance, or access control
  • Prior solutions engineering, FDE, or customer success experience at an infra or developer tools company

Benefits and work environment
  • Opportunity to take ownership and accountability of major mission, business and technical outcomes from day one. Exercise your full capacity to create positive change in the world, rather than waiting for permission to advance to slightly less boring tickets or tasks.
  • High quality health coverage, including great mental health benefits, for you and your immediate family. This includes comprehensive and HSA options.
  • Industry-leading vision, dental, life, disability coverage.
  • Regular team activities & offsite events (last year we went to Turks and Caicos for a hackathon week!)
  • Unlimited PTO - and unlike some other companies, we're serious about you taking the time you need to recharge and be the best you can be! We also offer a guaranteed two weeks off during the last two weeks of December when the entire company goes on vacation!
  • A generous housing subsidy for those who choose to live close to the office.

Interview process
  • Intro conversation with our leadership team (CEO, COO, CTO depending on the role).
  • Virtual screen.
  • Onsite to meet our team and CEO.
  • References (we check references on everyone at Credal to make sure all your future coworkers are world class and great to be around).
