Many employers also provide training and support to help new hires adjust to the workflow and ensure a collaborative team environment.

What are H2B Laundry workers?

H2B Laundry workers are employees who come to the United States under the H-2B visa program to fill temporary, non-agricultural jobs in laundry facilities, such as hotels, resorts, or commercial laundries. These workers are typically responsible for washing, drying, folding, and sorting linens, towels, and uniforms. Employers hire H2B Laundry workers when they are unable to find enough local workers for these essential support roles. The H-2B program helps businesses meet seasonal or peak-load labor needs while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
