As a Project Delivery Consultant on the GPS HST Technology team, you will be responsible for:

  • Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
  • Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
  • Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
  • Responsible for the client and team management including value creation activities

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4 + years of consulting and/or industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 4+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate, and related frameworks
  • Front-end development experience using JavaScript, CSS, JSPs, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Bootstrap) to build responsive UIs supporting eligibility workflows and case management applications
  • Experience with web services (REST, SOAP), XML/JSON processing, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
  • Skilled in in interface and data exchange design using Java/J2EE and REST services - including defining data mappings, control points and error handling for inbound/outbound integrations
  • Experience with enterprise application servers, specifically IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
  • Strong understanding of data structures, APIs, debugging, version control, system design concepts (scalability, reliability, security, integrations)
  • Proficiency with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA): building and maintaining decision services, rule models, and workflows for eligibility determination logic. o Experience with batch processing frameworks (Spring Batch) and secure data exchange protocols
  • Ability to travel 0 - 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • State public assistance system experience that supports eligibility and benefits determination and case management
  • Experience building or supporting integrated eligibility systems (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or comparable)
