Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fitness and customer service, with an eye for creating positive member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist current gym members with their needs, ensuring a great experience every visit.
  • Provide tours to prospective members, showcasing our facilities and benefits.
