What You'll Do

As a coach at Oak City Gymnastics, you'll help children develop confidence, coordination, strength, and a lifelong love of movement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching or assisting recreational gymnastics classes for children ages 2 and up.
  • Teaching age-appropriate gymnastics skills through fun, engaging activities and progressions.
  • Encouraging athletes as they learn new skills, overcome challenges, and celebrate their successes.
  • Creating a positive, structured, and safe environment where every child feels welcomed and supported.
  • Building positive relationships with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches.
  • Working as part of a team to provide an exceptional experience for every family.
  • Setting up, cleaning, and maintaining equipment before and after classes.
  • Following all safety procedures and child protection policies.
