A typical day for a Gymnastics Model may involve attending photoshoots or video sessions where you demonstrate routines, poses, or apparel in dynamic ways. You’ll often collaborate with photographers, creative directors, and stylists to achieve the desired visual effects while ensuring your form and movement highlight the product or brand. Expect frequent outfit changes, possible travel to studios or outdoor locations, and maintaining readiness through regular gymnastics training. Strong communication with the creative team and adaptability to varying project themes are essential. This role allows for creative expression and performance while supporting active lifestyle brands.
