What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a gym manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Gym Manager, you need strong organizational skills, knowledge of fitness operations, and usually a background in exercise science or business management. Familiarity with gym management software, scheduling tools, and CPR/first aid certification are typically required.
