  • Assist with hiring, training, performance evaluations, and team development.
  • Foster a positive, respectful culture aligned with Party Fowl’s values.

  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor during peak periods.
  • Ensure hospitality standards are consistently upheld.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Support GM with inventory, labor scheduling, and cost controls.
  • Help analyze weekly and monthly financial reports.
  • Assist with ordering, vendor communication, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management (AGM, Service Manager, KM, etc.).
  • Proven leadership ability in a high-volume, full-service environment.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and team motivation.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Technically proficient in POS and labor management systems.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Status: Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities. Compensation may vary depending on the level of experience of the candidate.
  • Schedule: Must be available for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.
