We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Manager on Duty (part-time) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the point of contact for staff and members during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient club operations.
  • Greet all members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Build strong connections and relationships with members to foster a sense of community.
  • Act as a fitness concierge, assisting members in achieving their fitness goals by promoting and suggesting appropriate fitness services.
  • Ensure the front desk area, locker rooms, and all common spaces meet the club's cleanliness and organizational standards.
  • Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as member check-ins, scheduling, and incident reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and create a seamless member experience.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to front-line staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs to monitor safety, cleanliness, and member satisfaction.
  • Respond to emergencies or incidents and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications:
