En HCOA Fitness somos el líder de la industria del acondicionamiento físico en Puerto Rico, con gimnasios en toda la Isla y una sola misión: darle a cada miembro las herramientas para alcanzar sus metas y mantener resultados de por vida.
Buscamos un Assistant Manager que sea el brazo derecho del gerente: alguien que venda al frente, desarrolle al equipo y haga que el club funcione como un reloj. Si te mueve la competencia sana, el servicio impecable y ver crecer a tu gente, sigue leyendo.
Lo que harás

  • Mantener una producción personal de ventas de membresías alta y constante — predicar con el ejemplo.
  • Entrenar y desarrollar al equipo de ventas en la presentación Synergy y los procesos del club.
  • Coordinar esfuerzos de venta y promociones junto a la gerencia.
  • Apoyar a la gerencia, oficina corporativa y al equipo de entrenamiento personal.
  • Asegurar que el personal cumpla horarios y planes de trabajo, y respaldar al gerente en la evaluación del equipo.
  • Revisar contratos para que cumplan con las reglas de la empresa.
  • Buscar oportunidades activamente para elevar el servicio y aumentar la retención de socios.
  • Mantener el club en condiciones óptimas de limpieza, orden y funcionamiento, reportando cualquier equipo en mal estado.
  • Promover un ambiente de trabajo positivo, profesional y libre de discordia.
Lo que buscamos

  • 1–3 años en un rol gerencial dirigiendo equipos hacia una meta.
  • 1–3 años en ventas y servicio al cliente.
  • Experiencia o pasión genuina por la industria del fitness.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar tardes y fines de semana.
  • Iniciativa alta, energía y orientación a la venta y al trabajo en equipo.
