Nashville MMA Training Camp is a premier training facility offering classes in MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, and fitness for all ages and skill levels. We’re committed to providing a welcoming and professional environment for everyone who walks through our doors, no matter their starting skill level.
Job Description:
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team! As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience at our gym. Strong customer service skills are required.
Time:
Evening shifts are currently open.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet members, guests, and prospective clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate via text messages
  • Call new leads and follow up with trial clients
  • Provide accurate information about classes, membership options, and scheduling
  • Assist with new member sign-ups and check-ins
  • Maintain a clean and organized gym environment
  • Handle payments, waivers, and other administrative tasks
  • Communicate and enforce gym policies to all clients
  • Give tours of the facility
  • Maintain rental gear and keep up with gym laundry
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service experience (front desk, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in martial arts or fitness is a plus, but not required
Preferred:
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
