White Blossom Care Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and values teamwork, growth, and quality care.

With the largest rehab gym in the Bay Area, cutting-edge modalities, and a collaborative culture, this is an opportunity to practice at the top of your license with exceptional resources and support.

Position Overview

  • Role: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

  • Schedule: Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling Options Available)

  • Compensation: $45.00-$50.00+ per hour (based on experience)

  • Program: Stable, in-house therapy program (not a contract agency)

  • New Graduates: Welcome and encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient treatment as directed by the Physical Therapist in accordance with physician orders.

  • Accurately complete daily treatment notes and weekly progress documentation per PT Board standards and facility guidelines.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, rehab conferences, and team communication.

  • Assist in training Restorative Aides in collaboration with the nursing team to promote continuous patient mobility.

  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning.

  • Maintain professional relationships and ensure all rehab equipment remains in excellent working condition.
