Trident Consulting is currently seeking a “QA / Validation Engineer” for our internal team.


Hiring: QA / Validation Engineer

Location: San Clemente, CA – Onsite

Type: 6-Month Contract

Rate: $55/hr. W2


We are looking for QA / Validation Engineers to support validation systems, integrations, and data migration in a GxP-regulated environment.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in QA, software validation, CSV, ERP testing, or enterprise application testing.
  • Experience testing and validating enterprise applications, ERP systems, databases, integrations, or data migration solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools; Tricentis experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with one or more Tricentis tools, including Tosca, qTest, Vera, and/or NeoLoad.
  • Experience with GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and/or Computer Software Assurance (CSA) methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise application/system validation lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Db2, PostgreSQL, or other enterprise platforms/databases.
  • Knowledge of GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, data integrity, and audit trail requirements.
